Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Quality leadership experience with direct responsibility for quality personnel.
• Strong background in semiconductor manufacturing, high-purity or precision manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
• Hands-on CAPA, root cause analysis, nonconformance management, audits and corrective actions.
• Experience with cleanroom environments, contamination control, or high-purity processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Oversee quality activities supporting semiconductor, high-purity, and precision manufacturing operations.
• Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspection processes to ensure product quality.
• Lead internal and external audits, including corrective actions and follow-up.
• Oversee CAPA, nonconformances, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to resolve quality issues.
• Support cleanroom quality requirements and contamination control.
• Maintain quality documentation, change control processes, and inspection records.
• Develop and improve quality procedures and work instructions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Quality team members.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive improvements across manufacturing.
