Job summary

Wolfspeed seeks a Quality Systems Engineer to support the global quality management system at our Durham, NC or Marcy, NY sites. You will administer QMS software, lead audits and ensure compliance with IATF16949/AS9100.

You will collaborate with IT and quality engineering to improve processes such as customer requirements management, documentation and specification management, working with product and process engineers in semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related degree.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience managing QMS to IATF 16949, AS9100, or ISO9001.

Responsibilities

• Interface with factory and quality engineers on QMS setup and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure QA standards compliance with usability improvements.
