Job summary

Wolfspeed seeks a Quality Engineer for our Mohawk Valley Fab in Marcy, NY. You will support quality management across manufacturing and supplier quality, collaborating closely with Quality and Operations teams to ensure robust processes.

The role emphasizes interface with customers, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions within the IATF16949 framework. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in semiconductor manufacturing with quality systems knowledge.
• Experience with IATF 16949, AS9100, or ISO 9001 is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers' quality engineers on complaints and returns.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support Mfg quality processes for IATF16949 certified Marcy site including change management and non-conformance.
