Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred, or 3 years of relevant work experience with quality certifications.
• Proven experience in quality control/assurance within construction/semiconductor projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Champion and implement quality control processes at project level.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites, materials, and processes.
• Identify and address quality issues with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on quality concerns.
