Job summary

Msr-Fsr, LLC seeks a CSA QA/QC professional to perform quality control inspections of architectural aspects within a semiconductor fab or subfab. The role involves documenting QA activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with codes and project documents.

The candidate should have CSA experience (3–5+ years) and semiconductor industry exposure (2–5+ years), with strong knowledge of codes, standards, and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction and inspection standards related to structural steel and welds.
• Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and current code requirements.
• Minimum 3-5 years CSA experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the Semiconductor Industry.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Regular architectural inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and customer contract documents.
• Plan and organize activities with stakeholders; discuss work procedures, design and quality issues.
• Record and organize QA documentation and demonstrate effectiveness of the QA program.
• Complete QA documentation and reports for the project.
• Formulate progress reports on work.
• Conduct QC inspections on tools, pedestal design review, inspection and sign-off.
