Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Demonstrated project experience in advanced technology, semiconductor, or micro-chip manufacturing construction.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles; accounting basics.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficient with computer applications including MS Office; advanced presentation skills.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring; provide timely feedback.
• Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
• Develop and improve client relationships, fostering a trusted advisor status.
• Understand and administer Turner's contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Provide leadership to positively influence change and drive safety compliance.
• Promote Turner's involvement in the community to build strategic relationships.
• Foster and enhance architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
• Establish, update and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
• May work with preconstruction on project development.
• Manage budget and financial reporting; interpret and analyze reports to ensure budget adherence.
• Manage the QA/QC program.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Turner's ethics and compliance programs.
• Mentor staff to high standards; manage field operations and engineering processes.
• Drive competencies on insurance, labor and employee relations; enforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Finance on Pay Applications and ensure timely payments.
• Keep management informed on project and budget progress via Operations Review Meetings.
• Support Turner initiatives; promote emerging technologies and sustainable competitive advantages.
• Provide leadership to foster diversity and inclusion.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
