Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Portland is seeking a Project Manager for Advanced Technology / Semiconductor projects to lead day-to-day management, coordinate teams, and oversee scheduling and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Demonstrated project experience in advanced technology, semiconductor, or micro-chip manufacturing construction.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles; accounting basics.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficient with computer applications including MS Office; advanced presentation skills.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Position Description: Leads, directs and coordinates the day-to-day management of the project.

Reports to: Senior Project Manager or Project Executive

• Lead in the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure regular feedback is shared with staff including timely completion of employee performance appraisals.

• Develop and improve upon assigned client relationships fostering a \"trusted advisor\" status.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be 110,000.00 - 165,000.00 USD annualized.

Qualifications:
