Responsibilities

• Managing a collection of IC projects through planning, execution and tracking.
• Build, monitor, and maintain the project tracking system to capture WBS, Schedule, milestones, resources, costs and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional project status reviews to track the agreed to plan and reporting status.
• Provide project leadership and guidance from concept to delivery.
• Identify risks, schedule slips or changes and analyze impact on scope, cost and resources.
• Facilitate negotiation and conflict resolution across all levels and escalate as needed.
• Implement tools, techniques and processes to enable informed decisions.
