Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Lead Semiconductor Project Manager in Richardson, TX on a hybrid schedule to lead and manage semiconductor programs from initiation to production, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence while aligning with strategic goals.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, test, and quality, drive risk management, provide executive status updates, and enable a smooth 200mm transition for sustained production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in semiconductor project management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor design, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to develop and monitor plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ability to manage risks, resolve complex issues, and drive teams to delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating status to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall device qualification program for the conversion of semiconductor manufacturing from 150mm to 200mm wafers.
• Develop and maintain the master project schedule and coordinate milestones, engineering activities, and production readiness.
• Drive cross-functional execution across multiple departments to ensure timely deliverables.
• Own project risk management, mitigation, and escalation of issues as needed.
• Coordinate device qualification activities and ensure data, documentation, testing, and approvals are completed.
