Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the manufacturing engineering team responsible for semiconductor production processes, quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, deep semiconductor fabrication knowledge, and a track record in cost reduction, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with overall business goals
• Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of semiconductor products, conducting design reviews and quality assurance processes
• Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions to complex issues related to semiconductor design and manufacturing
• Implement best practices and industry standards to drive process improvement
• Generate technical reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders
• Support patent applications, intellectual property creation, and technology advancements
