Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Semiconductor Product Engineer to conceive, design, and manufacture semiconductor solutions for Leo’s satellite and ground terminals. You will work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive qualification, reliability, and production test programs aligned with system specs.

The role involves defining test plans, identifying root causes, and publishing qualification documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Experience in high-volume IC development and production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with packaging, design, test and systems teams on test coverage and plans.
• Define test phases and support test program bring-up and validation.
• Define char plans and ATE characterization for production.
• Work with DVT team on bench-ATE correlation and offsets in ATE program.
• Review GRR data and address gauge capability issues.
• Analyze test data to assess yield and Cpk performance in pre-production silicon.
