Job summary

Amazon Leo is launching a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites to provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Amazon is seeking a Semiconductor Product Engineer to conceive, design, and manufacture innovative semiconductor solutions for Leo’s satellite and ground terminal products, collaborating with internal teams and third‑party suppliers to meet customers’ needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor product engineering, with IC development/production.
• Up to 20% travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with packaging team on design and BoM choices.
• Drive test program reviews with design, test, DVT and system teams.
• Define test plans and coverage for production lots and qualification.
• Analyze foundry WAT data and ATE/bench correlation.
• Publish qualification and release documentation for review.
• Support fixes during product bring‑up and post‑silicon activity.
