Qualifications

• 1+ years in a manufacturing/cleanroom environment.
• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Basic mechanical skills for assembly operations.
• General knowledge of operating hand tools, portable power tools, and bench tools.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focused and willing to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate computer terminals.

Responsibilities

• Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods.
• Perform various processing steps including receiving, wiping, scrubbing, masking, chemical processing, machine operation, etching, blasting, coating, drying, and baking as needed.
• Maintain daily organization and upkeep of the assigned process area.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely and follow disposal policies.
• Demonstrate organization, time management, and report progress toward task goals.
• Maintain safety and environmental awareness through safe work habits.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Attendance is an essential duty of the position.
