Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Ability to work on multiple tasks with careful attention to detail and complete them one at a time.

Responsibilities

• Supports Microchip’s Guiding Values and Culture.
• Learn to operate various handlers and testers on the Test floor.
• Understand verbal and written instructions to complete tasks via COMETS, SPTRs, and emailed instructions.
• Communicate with appropriate people when equipment or processes do not meet the specified limits or are not working correctly.
