Southeastern Cyber LLC is hiring a Semiconductor Process Technician in Atlanta, Georgia. This position involves executing fabrication recipes and performing electrical characterization in a cleanroom environment.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical/Computer Engineering with hands-on experience in related processes, including lithography and parametric testing. A flexible schedule and opportunities for training and development are offered.

Qualifications

• Active or completed B.S. with a focus on microelectronics.
• Existing cleanroom certification and safety clearance required.
• Hands-on experience with specialized testing and processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute lithography, deposition, and etching steps.
• Perform SEM metrology and parametric testing.
• Document and maintain IP custody of SEC masks.

Skills

Hands-on experience with deposition

Experience with photolithography

Parametric probe-station testing

Education

B.S. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical/Computer Engineering

M.S. preferred
