Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to enroll in SMT Certificate and AAS degree through CWI as part of the program.
• Basic PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production, engineering and technician teams to support daily fab operations.
• Monitor process performance, identify issues and support efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and support resolution efforts.
• Collect, analyze and document process data to support decisions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and apprenticeship guidelines.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance learning and problem-solving.
