Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must enroll in the AMET AAS program through CWI as part of the apprenticeship.
• Basic to intermediate PC skills (MS Office, Teams, Zoom).
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Reliable written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production, engineering, and technician teams to support daily fab operations.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and support operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment- and process-related issues and support resolution efforts.
• Document work performed and communicate updates clearly.
• Complete required safety training and follow safety protocols.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the fab.
• Adhere to apprenticeship program guidelines and expectations.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to support learning, problem-solving, data analysis, and efficiency.
