Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with DRAM process integration and related yield improvement is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, audits and supplier qualification.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose and resolve DRAM process integration problems.
• Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation/optimization initiatives.
• Lead or participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
• Validate and fan out new process baselines for new product introduction and tooling.
• Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC and related manufacturing control systems.

Education

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Science / Material Science / Physics / Chemical Engineering
