Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC is seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer 2 to identify, diagnose and resolve DRAM process integration problems and drive process/material optimizations. You will coordinate evaluations, lead cost-reduction initiatives and support new product introductions with validated baselines.
The role requires a Master's degree in a related field and involves collaboration across supplier audits and daily fab health monitoring to ensure best-in-class
Identify, diagnose and resolve DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) process integration related problems; Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step; Lead / participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities; Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified, including new process, tools and/or materials for new product introduction; Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC.
