Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Nanoscience or Engineering; Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical engineering; Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related fields.
• Experience with Statistical Design and Analysis of Experiment methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English fluent.

Responsibilities

• Develop new or modified processes and methods in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Work with group engineers to define criteria and formats for hardware and process evaluations.
• Compile, analyze and present experimental data to colleagues.
• Create and revise standard operating procedures and document tasks for future reference.
• Compile and analyze test data to determine limits and variables for specifications.
• Assist in interpretation of physical and chemical behaviors as part of process characterization.
• Become familiar with semiconductor processing techniques through literature and hands-on learning.
• Prepare and present a final project report.
• Complete safety training to allow supervised work in TEL process lab.
