Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Planning professional to join a prominent semiconductor manufacturing company in Leominster, Massachusetts. This long-term temporary role requires an immediate start and offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities include building plans, coordinating orders to hit shipment dates, and collaborating with production control, shipping, purchasing, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.
• Strong understanding of Planning for a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across departments.

Responsabilités

• Generate build plans and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate new customer orders to achieve desired shipment dates.
• Collaborate with production control, shipping, purchasing, customer service, and quality teams.
• Address and resolve issues preventing on-time shipment of orders.
• Communicate updates to customers regarding changes in shipment dates.
