Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Operator to join the Manufacturing Operations team on the day shift. You will work with equipment to produce Integrated Circuits, Thin Films, or SiPs, ensuring quality and consistency of parts that affect the final product.

No previous experience is required; training will be provided. You will operate tools, follow MES guidance, and collaborate with engineers, trainers, supervisors, and maintenance to meet

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team with supervisors, engineers, trainers and maintenance personnel.
• Ability to handle delicate materials in substrate or circuit form with hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in an ESD controlled environment with strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to raise concerns through a standard chain of command; strong coordination and multitasking.
• Must be a US Person: U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident or protected individual.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a manufacturing team producing ICs, thin films, or SiPs; ensure quality and consistency of parts.
• Operate equipment for semiconductor and SiP manufacturing including masking, etching, and bonding tools, probe stations, microscopes, and cameras.
• Operate the complete equipment set for the assigned area, supported by MES.
• Support NTI development by adapting to dynamic manufacturing requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement and lean principles to optimize workflow.
• Handle delicate materials in substrate and circuit form with skilled hand-eye coordination.
• Collaborate with engineering, trainers, supervisors, maintenance, and other operators to meet needs.
• Work independently under a coordinator while contributing to team goals.
