JE Dunn Construction seeks a Client Solutions Semiconductor Market Sector Lead to drive growth and expand JE Dunn's presence in the semiconductor market. Collaborating with operations, marketing, and executive leadership, you will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while strengthening client relationships and market influence.

You will support development and execution of growth strategies, manage pursuits, coordinate client engagement, and lead client solution strategies

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction science, marketing, management or related field.
• Equivalency with relevant experience will be considered.
• 8+ years marketing or business development experience in the building industry or related experience.
• 2+ years people management experience (preferred).
• Semiconductor market related experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

• Researches, qualifies and prioritizes potential customers.
• Maintains records of client contacts and activities.
• Prepares, presents and executes client solutions plans.
• Develops new business, sales and client relations.

• Provides planning assistance to clients prior to contract execution.
• Represents the company with civic, business, and professional groups.
• Defines strategic plans to achieve client solutions opportunities.
• Builds and maintains a professional network.
• Partners with operations to plan and execute capture plans.
• Manages client solutions marketing activities to meet goals.
• Plans marketing resource allocation (expenses, time).
• Creates relationships to position JE Dunn and services.
• Leads or supports client development navigation.
• Participates on industry and community boards.
