Job summary

The job is highly physical, requiring standing and walking throughout the day, with 12-hour shifts and a training period of 6–8 weeks on an alternate shift. Military experience may substitute for the degree.

Qualifications

• AA degree (technical discipline) + 1 year work experience in Semiconductor cleanroom (military experience accepted in lieu of Associate degree)
• HS Diploma/GED with 3-year work experience in Semiconductor cleanroom OR 3-year work experience in production with a focus on utilizing computers/software.

Responsibilities

• Operates complex equipment and analytical tools in an ESD environment.
• Maximizes output using constraint management techniques while sustaining process and equipment performance.
• Performs basic preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and cross training.
