Job summary

Tower Semiconductor Ltd. is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Operator to support production in a fast-paced cleanroom. You will move product lots, operate carts and equipment, and input data into tracking systems to ensure quality throughout the process.

Night shift runs Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday with an 11% shift differential, at $15.50 per hour. We offer career growth, day-one benefits, built-in overtime, and tuition reimbursement as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Ability to multitask (loading tools and entering data) while maintaining high quality.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English.

Responsibilities

• Move product lots from one process area to another.
• Operate cleanroom carts and processing equipment.
• Ensure quality of products and processes.
• Input data accurately into computerized tracking systems.
• Adhere to company, safety, clean room, and chemical handling protocols.
• Assist in other operational tasks as needed.

Job Description

Your Role as a Manufacturing Operator: You will play a crucial role in ensuring production materials are delivered and processed correctly. Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Moving product lots from one process area to another.


• Operating cleanroom carts and other processing equipment.


• Ensuring quality of products and processes.


• Inputting data accurately into computerized tracking systems.


• Adhering to company, safety, clean room, and chemical handling protocols.


• Assisting in other operational tasks as needed.


• Training others as a peer trainer.

Shifts Available:

Night Shift:

• N1 = $15.50 per hour Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 5:45 pm - 6:00 am (+11% shift differential)
