RTX's Goleta, CA facility is seeking a manufacturing engineer to oversee the assembly of Focal Plane Arrays and optical components from design to shipment. You will interpret drawings, create build plans, manage budgets, and lead corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications into build plans and schedules; manage budgets and corrective actions.
• Lead problem solving, root cause analysis, and disposition of non-conforming material to ensure quality requirements are met.
