Join a team that develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods used in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of semiconductors. You will influence the planning and design of manufacturing engineering processes related to semiconductors and determine the parts and tools needed to meet manufacturing goals according to product specifications. You will maximize efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Developing software and hardware to test MEMS and Pressure Sensors for validation and production testing.
  2. Debugging and technical problem solving to create production test programs.
  3. Understanding the design details of the component and implementing tests to ensure the product meets specifications.
  4. Developing test plans to define product characteristics and issues, and determining corrective actions and improvements.
  5. Creating documentation including operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
  6. Providing hands-on, floor support for IC manufacturing, including problem resolution and continuous improvement.
