Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Chandler is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for scheduled and unscheduled upkeep of fab equipment in the Cleans/EPI area. You will service tool groups such as Semitool, TEL/FSI, DNS, Akrion, Dainippon Screen, and EPI systems, ensuring safety and reliability.

The role requires troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, performing consumable changes, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• AA, AS, or AAS in electronics or another mechanical discipline preferred.
• Education with experience or military training may satisfy requirements.
• Solid understanding of SPC, 5S, and FDC systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and consumable changes.
• Complete documentation and potentially train others.
