Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of semiconductor patent experience.
• At least 1 year direct semiconductor industry experience.
• USPTO registration.
• Admission to practice in a state with an office.
• Electrical Engineering degree; MS/PhD preferred.
• Strong technical writing and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications relating to semiconductor devices, fabrication processes, and emerging chip technologies.
• Advise clients on patent portfolio development, IP strategy, and protecting key innovations.
• Support complex patent litigation, post-grant proceedings, and other patent disputes.
• Work closely with leading technology companies, inventors, and engineering teams on cutting-edge semiconductor advancements.
• Collaborate with attorneys and technical professionals on high-value, business-critical intellectual property matters.
• Analyze complex technical concepts and translate them into robust patent protection strategies.
