Qualifications

• BS in EE, Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years in global commodity management and semiconductor supply base.
• Understand AI hardware architecture and how components work in complex systems.
• Deep understanding of Power Semiconductor technology, market and cost drivers.
• Innovative in strategic sourcing and supplier performance measurement.
• Strong analytical skills: cost modeling, quotation analysis, supplier selection.

Responsibilities

• Formulate semiconductor sourcing strategy and communicate it across teams.
• Establish cross-functional alignment with Hardware engineering for sourcing strategies.
• Develop supplier relationships and conduct business reviews to improve value.
• Negotiate Master Service Agreements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure supply assurance and inventory flexibility programs.
