Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in an engineering environment.
• Experience managing direct reports and collaborating with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of building services, including maintenance and vendor management.
• Manage 10+ direct reports, providing leadership, guidance, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulation.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance of critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Manage vendor contracts and service agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to address facilities-related needs and support business operations.
• Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
• Implement sustainability initiatives and operational improvements.
• Respond to and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manner.
