Location: Fremont, CA, USA
The Semiconductor Fabrication Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all wafer fabrication process steps during their assigned shift, encompassing photolithography, etch, thin films, epitaxy, and metrology. This role requires a proactive approach to help the team meet production goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining the standards of safety and quality.
You will optimize daily work assignments, adjusting run priorities, and monitoring production data to address potential delays and allocate resources. You will identify and resolve production bottlenecks, contributing to key operational KPIs. You will advocate for continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies, and participate in quality stand-ups. You will ensure a safe and compliant work environment, enforcing safety protocols and advocating for quality control. You will manage, mentor, and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, and will ensure communication and collaboration across all organizational levels to achieve operations. This is a leadership position requiring a presence on the cleanroom floor, engagement with the team, and a commitment to driving operational excellence.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$166,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
