Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on wafer fab tools according to approved methods.
• Track and assemble parts required to complete maintenance ahead of time.
• Complete qualifications to bring equipment out of maintenance state and into production.
• Record critical data from maintenance to identify improvement opportunities for PM performance.
• Participate in on-the-job training plans leading to required certifications and advancement.
