TSMC Washington is hiring for a hands-on role in Camas, WA, focusing on maintaining and improving semiconductor tool performance in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Equipment Engineers, Technicians, and vendors to ensure accurate data and reliable operations.

The position requires an associate degree in electronics or related fields, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a cleanroom.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors, Equipment Engineers, Equipment Technicians and tool owners to improve area/tool performance.
• Perform basic tool maintenance and repairs per operating instructions.
• Record accurate information for equipment logs, repair data and tool status at shift handover.
• Certification on tools is required.
• Support Thin Film - PVD area with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
