Job summary

Keysight Technologies is hiring a Maintenance Technician at our Santa Rosa, CA semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will maintain and repair electro‑mechanical equipment in a high-vacuum, precision environment, collaborating with R&D and process engineers to enable both production and research activities.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing equipment experience, strong problem solving, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with manufacturing equipment or other complex systems.
• Strong communication skills, both personal and email.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and solve problems independently.
• Willingness to learn on the job and work with cutting edge technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electro‑mechanical equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Assist process engineers and operators to support production and R&D.
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and service visits.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs in a manufacturing setting.
• Develop and follow maintenance procedures and PM plans.
