Sirius Staffing in Beverly, MA is seeking an Operator II for a contract role in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The position involves operating fabrication equipment, supporting production activities, and adhering to quality and safety standards in a cleanroom.

Shifts are available on 1st or 2nd, with hours 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, and the contract is expected to continue through December 2027. Prior manufacturing or semiconductor experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Semiconductor manufacturing, cleanroom or equipment operation experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Operate semiconductor fabrication equipment in a cleanroom per procedures.
• Work with equipment such as wet benches, furnaces, dry etchers, implanters, coaters, steppers, and inspection microscopes.
• Perform chemical handling per safety guidelines.
• Assemble and prepare products per procedures and specifications.
• Monitor in-process production to maintain flow.
• Track production output and meet quotas.
• Conduct engineering tests and document results.
• Identify and report maintenance needs and perform minor preventive maintenance.
• Communicate with team to coordinate priorities and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow quality/safety requirements.
