Job summary

Our client, semiconductor manufacturing operations is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their team. You will support production equipment in a Class 100 cleanroom, troubleshooting and maintaining to maximize uptime.

The role collaborates across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership in a structured, ongoing effort to improve KPIs and tool availability. The position requires hands-on skills, strong attention to detail, and will work on a Wednesday–Friday schedule with

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Working knowledge of control systems and PLCs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to support high performance, quality, and uptime.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to schedule and established procedures (MMM).
• Accurately document maintenance activities and equipment performance in tracking systems.
• Collect and record operational data as required.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership to improve KPIs, increase tool availability, reduce PM cycle times, and support continuous improvement.
