The role requires a 2-year degree and hands-on maintenance experience in high-volume manufacturing. You will read schematics, operate in a cleanroom, and participate in continuous improvement while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electronics, industrial manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of hands-on equipment maintenance in semiconductor/high-volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on with tools/sets, machining equipment, and hand tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and preventative maintenance on multiple tools.
• Troubleshoots and resolves tool issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Partners with engineering, vendors, or other groups to improve tool reliability and yield.
• Prepares data for daily/weekly pass down meetings.
• Reads schematics, mechanical drawings, manuals, and tool guides.
• Recommends improvements to processes for continuous improvement.
• Transports tools within the cleanroom as required.
• Responds to inquiries from team members and management.
• Overtime may be required contingent on business needs.
• Adheres to safety policies and clean room procedures.
• Performs other duties as needed.
