Multifamily NW is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will oversee technician leadership, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with manufacturing and engineering teams.

The role requires strong planning, communication skills, and a track record of improving equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in equipment maintenance or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance technicians and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and reliability practices.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Experience using SAP CMMS for work orders and equipment records.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of equipment maintenance technicians.
• Plan coverage and maintenance activities aligned with production priorities.
• Provide technical direction during troubleshooting, repair, and modifications.
• Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with minimal production disruption.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and equipment records.
• Coach technicians and ensure proper training and safety practices.
