Job summary

EMD Serono in the United States is seeking an Equipment Engineering Manager based in Austin, TX (or Breinigsville, PA, Chandler, AZ). Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience; semiconductor equipment knowledge is a plus.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment engineering team and develop talent.
• Own lifecycle activities including ECRs and change management.
• Drive new equipment development and industrialization through stage-gate governance.
• Support sales, product management, and service with technical proposals.
• Ensure compliance with SEMI, CE, UL, NFPA, IEC and regional standards.
