Ability to troubleshoot and own tool reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities

Coach a multi-disciplinary team of equipment engineers/technicians in preventive maintenance.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
Oversee modifications and upgrades of process equipment tools.
Provide technical support for production equipment repair.
Track downtime, failures, and spare parts inventory.
Interface with vendors for tool installation and upkeep; write procedures.
