Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Semiconductor Engineering Technician to apply deep knowledge of electronic systems and semiconductor processes to investigate data recovery from damaged devices and counterfeiting or tampering of integrated circuits.
You will perform lab testing, SEM/FIB imaging, and meticulous documentation while contributing to mission-focused projects under stringent security requirements.

We are looking for a technician who can develop novel capabilities to recover data from damaged devices or investigate possible integrated circuit (IC) counterfeiting or tampering.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
