Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Software Reverse Engineer to support a DoW client. You will disassemble software, evaluate subsystems, and present concise intelligence assessments. You will work with a contract team to identify vulnerabilities and explain findings to stakeholders.
The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a computer science/engineering degree, and strong C++ and reverse engineering skills. Experience with processors, FPGAs, DSPs, and SDRs is highly valued.
Work as part of a varied contract team supporting a DoW client. Apply the expertise required to perform in-depth technical evaluations of computer and network technologies through the analysis and identification of software capabilities and vulnerabilities of specific subsystems, using software program code disassembly and reverse engineering. Author concise Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) assessments in conformance with the intelligence community (IC) analytic standards, conveying the results of that analysis to the client’s DoW, IC partners, and other stakeholders. Apply your working knowledge of the cyber‑kill chain and offensive techniques to identify and describe potential cyber security issues. Provide technical intelligence analysis of weapon systems and C4 networks, including analyzing printed circuit boards, hardware devices such as microprocessors, digital signal processors, and field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), extraction of firmware, and analysis of software and firmware to understand the capabilities and performance of the system based on software analysis.

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
