Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions seeks a seasoned QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control for a major semiconductor fabrication facility in Peoria, AZ. You will oversee inspections, NCRs, documentation, and turnover activities, ensuring high-purity, cleanroom, mechanical, electrical, and process standards.

You will manage a team of inspectors, coordinate with contractors and the owner, and ensure compliance with SEMI standards and project specifications while driving safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of semiconductor facility construction or industrial building QC management.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3, NFPA 70, NFPA 54 and IBC Chapter 17 and related codes.
• Experience with high-purity piping, cleanroom environments, and base build systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project-wide QA/QC plan aligned with facility standards.
• Establish inspection/testing protocols for cleanroom and process systems.
• Lead quality meetings with contractors, engineering teams, and owner.
• Manage NCRs, DWNs, RFIs, QA logs, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate commissioning and turnover activities with the Construction Manager.
• Audit site quality programs and ensure AHJ and owner requirements compliance.
• Oversee 3rd party special inspection agencies.
