Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions in Peoria, AZ seeks a seasoned QA/QC Manager for a semiconductor construction project. You will lead the QA/QC plan, establish inspection protocols for cleanroom and process systems, and coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with SEMI standards and owner specifications.

You will manage NCRs and documentation, lead quality meetings, and support turnover and commissioning, while guiding a team of inspectors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of semiconductor facility construction or related QC leadership.
• Experience with high-purity piping, cleanrooms, base build systems and tool installs.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3, NFPA 70, NFPA 54, IBC Chapter 17 and related codes.
• Proficient in QAQC CPM scheduling and interpreting contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project-wide QA/QC plan in alignment with semiconductor facility standards.
• Establish inspection and testing protocols for cleanroom, process systems, mechanical, electrical, structural, and high-purity installations.
• Lead quality meetings with contractors, engineering teams, and the owner.
• Manage the project's quality documentation structure (DWNs, NCRs, RFIs, QA logs, closeout documents).
• Coordinate with owners and contractors on quality issues and site audits.
• Monitor warranty program and ensure handover readiness.
