Cumming Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking an AD/Director of Cost Management for a major $3B semiconductor construction program. You will lead a team of cost managers, estimators, and commercial professionals, driving cost control, budgets, forecasts, and client reporting.

The role requires deep experience in semiconductor projects, strong financial controls, and collaboration with clients, project leadership, and contractors to deliver on complex capital programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying or related field.
• More than 12 years in construction cost management, estimating, quantity surveying, or commercial management.
• Led cost management, estimating or commercial functions on large-scale semiconductor construction projects.
• Experience supporting new-build semiconductor manufacturing facilities or advanced technology projects.
• Proven ability to manage cost controls on large industrial or manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of cost managers, estimators, and commercial professionals.
• Direct budgeting, estimating, forecasting, and cost reporting for a $3B program.
• Develop comprehensive cost management plans and monitor expenditures and risks.
• Manage client, contractor, and stakeholder relationships; present financial status and risks to leadership.
• Oversee procurement cost evaluations, bid analyses, and contract reviews; manage change orders.
