Aerotek is seeking a Cleanroom Production Technician in Beaverton, OR for a contract-to-hire, full-time role. The position supports a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing environment with strict cleanroom procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include setting up production equipment, transporting wafer lots, performing data entry, and conducting quality checks. The role requires stamina for 12-hour shifts and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly structured facility.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to follow strict processes and written procedures accurately.
• Ability to follow verbal directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Comfort wearing full cleanroom garments and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment according to procedures.
• Transport wafer lots within a large cleanroom facility.
• Perform data entry related to production and inventory with high accuracy.
• Conduct visual quality inspections on wafers and materials for defects.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to cleanroom protocols.
• Support workflow and productivity across departments.
