On-Board Services is seeking a Chemical Operator for the Marlborough, MA area. This 1-year contract role involves batch processing, handling hazardous materials, and ensuring safe, compliant plant operations.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and offers benefits including 401K, dental, life, medical and vision insurance, plus PTO. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and safety focus are essential for success.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing and/or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow written procedures and established safety protocols.

Mansioni

• Maintain a safe working environment and participate in all required safety programs, training, and activities.
• Follow established operating procedures and safety practices to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
• Handle hazardous raw materials and finished products using appropriate safety precautions.
• Operate and perform field checks on process equipment.
• Monitor process conditions, equipment, and DCS/DeltaV control systems.
• Follow direction from area leads and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Perform routine manufacturing activities, including labeling, forming and filling boxes, and moving materials and equipment.
• Support batch production, packaging, and material handling activities.
