Job summary

The Blasting/Grinding Production Technicians position involves processing parts from high-tech manufacturers in a controlled cleanroom. You will perform surface preparation using blasting methods, set up equipment, select media, and inspect finishes to ensure quality standards are met.

Applicants must read and follow technical procedures in English, pass drug screening and background checks, and hold at least a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Execute surface preparation using blasting techniques for quality finish.
• Set up blasting equipment and select media according to material needs.
• Inspect surfaces before/after blasting for cleanliness and texture.
• Follow all safety, quality, and HR policies and procedures.
• Read and annotate work instructions, ensuring each step is completed.
• Maintain processing equipment and perform tasks in a cleanroom environment.
• Assist with inventory management and keep area/tools clean.
