In this vital role, you will help ensure the hospital's buildings and grounds are safe, functional, and welcoming, providing a secure and peaceful environment for our patients. In this position, you will assist with the maintenance and care of approximately 373 acres, including lawns, tree groves, roads, parking lots, and right-of-ways. Your duties will involve assisting painters, plumbers, electricians, and carpenters with a range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property. You will work with various construction, groundskeeping, and maintenance equipment, applying skills learned on the job. Routine groundskeeping and minor repairs are carried out independently and reviewed upon completion.
